In the afternoon, take the cable car from Ortisei up to Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest high-altitude meadow plateau. Walk an easy loop or enjoy the viewpoints, then return to Ortisei for dinner. Overnight in Ortisei.
Day 2 - Ortisei, Seceda
Have an early breakfast and head to the Seceda valley station. Take the lift to the famous ridge-line viewpoint. Hike part of the Seceda ridge trail, choosing either a short viewpoint walk or a longer circuit. Return to Ortisei for a late lunch, then explore its wooden architecture, churches, and craft shops. Overnight in Ortisei.
Day 3 - Val Gardena, Passo Gardena
Check out after breakfast and drive the scenic loop through Passo Sella, Passo Pordoi, Passo Campolongo, and Passo Gardena. Stop for photos, coffee, or a short walk at each pass, with Passo Gardena offering especially dramatic views of the Sella massif. Day 4 - Cortina d'Ampezzo, Lago di Braies
Breakfast, drive north to Lago di Braies early in the morning. Walk the flat lakeside path, rent a rowboat if available, and optionally hike part of the trail. Have lunch near the lake, then return to Cortina for its pedestrian center, bell tower views, and aperitivo. Overnight in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Day 5 - Tre Cime di Lavaredo
Breakfast, drive up to Rifugio Auronzo and hike the classic Tre Cime di Lavaredo loop, which takes roughly three to four hours at a relaxed pace, longer with lunch stops. Return to Cortina for dinner and a final evening stroll. Overnight in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Day 6 - Cortina d'Ampezzo & Departure
