Holiday Party Hosting Checklist

3–4 weeks before

• Choose the date, start time, and type of party
• Create the guest list and send invitations

Day before

• Do a final grocery run for fresh produce, bread, dairy, and dessert

• Chill wine, sparkling drinks, juice, and other beverages
• Set the table or prepare serving stations
• Arrange chairs, cushions, and extra seating
• Put out decorations, candles, and the centerpiece

Party day
